I just payed for a membership but cannot access my lessons
When you purchased your membership, an automatic email was immediately sent out to you with the subject: “Virtual Art Academy Registration and Enrollment”.
If you did not get the email, do this:
Look in your UPDATES area in gmail.
Search for “How to access your Virtual Art Academy lessons”, in your email system.
If you no not find the email, it is most likely you mistyped your email address in FastSpring when you filled out the order form.
Please fill out this form: FastSpring Contact Form, and ask FastSpring, the company that manages our subscriptions, to correct your email address.
You are not replying to my request for support
We alway aim to reply within two working days to your request for support. The most common reason people do not get replies is that they type a wrong email address, or their email inbox is full.
