Writer Abstract
The process or result of simplifying objects to create more interesting or expressive designs. The results have varying degrees of naturalism from semi-abstraction to pure abstraction in which there is no discernible relationship to natural objects.
In an abstract painting the abstraction has been taken so far as to make the objects in it unrecognizable. These paintings have mainly visual music, with very little visual poetry. More sophisticated abstract paintings use a color scheme and brushwork to give some suggestion of objects and emotions, to create some visual poetry.
