When you request a new password, our system sends it out immediately so you should see it in your Inbox within a few minutes of requesting one. If it did not arrive in your Inbox, it is not a problem with our system. Nearly always if you check your spam and/or junk mail folder, you will find our email, since some email programs mistake some emails from legitimate sources as spam mail.
