How do I prevent your email going to my spam folder?

Sometimes the emails we send to you do not reach you. This can make you think that we have not received your email when in fact we did receive it and have already replied to you. This can also happen with other materials we send you by email such as lessons, registration materials, or our academy newsletter.

What is happening is that the anti-spam systems used by your email system are mistakenly identifying our legitimate emails and academy materials for spam and stopping them getting to you. (This is a big problem with AOL mail users.)

We would like to help you make sure our mail gets to your Inbox instead of being misidentified as spam.

To prevent our emails from being filed in your spam or junk mail folder, please take a moment to add our name to your email address book (also known by some email programs as a contact list, custom sender, or safe sender list). Check the steps below for the particular email program you are using:

AOL Webmail

If you are using an AOL (American Online) webmail account, see problems with AOL email accounts.
