We are sorry you did not get your courses yet. You have purchased our online courses and should have been able to download them onto your computer within a few minutes after you finished paying for them.

If you paid for your courses but have not yet received them, it is for one of the following reasons. Please contact us and tell us whether the problem was A or B, and include a copy of your order. Please be patient as we are currently traveling, and it may be a few days before we will be able to reply.
- Problem A - Immediately after you completed the purchase you were shown a screen that said: "STOP ------ READ THIS!" and that had a form for you to fill out. Did you fill out this form? If not, we will have to research your order and send you the form again.
- Problem B - After you filled out the form, you were sent an email with instructions for how to get your courses. In that email was a link that you had to click on to give us permission to send your courses to you (this was to protect you from spam mail) . Did you click on the link in that email?
