Kevin MacPherson is an american plein air painter. Kevin is an excellent painter and a good teacher. He can create beautiful paintings using a very limited palette of colors, just ultramarine blue, cadmium yellow, alizarin crimson and phthalo green. Kevin MacPherson has written a couple of books which I recommend for the beginner painter to help them get started.
