can only paint as well as you can draw. Painting loose is not the same as painting

until years after I started to learn how to draw – techniques that

of things in their heads when they draw – you cannot actually see them doing
it. Since you cannot see them doing these things, you may never learn how to draw just by watching.

example I never learned about the technique of triangulation for a long time,
